Cancellation Policy

The hotel will be holding all the space listed in the contract once the function is confirmed. Should any specified function on any listed date be cancelled, the following cancellation charges will be imposed:

CANCELLATION PERIOD	CATERING CHARGES
Up to 91 days prior to event date	25% of Catering Charges
90 to 61 days prior to	50% of Catering Charges
60 to 31 days prior to event date	75% of Catering Charges
Within 30 days prior to event date	100% of Total Catering Charges
